Co-owner of Framar Health, Katrina has always had a keen interest in alternative and natural therapies and has been working in the family business since she was 15 years old! Taking time out in her twenties to have a family and pursue her formal training, Katrina has been working as a holistic health practitioner since 2010. She is a firm believer in the power of touch therapies, and is passionate about the role that nutrition and energetic healing play in the health journey. As a registered nutritional therapist, Katrina is a member of the British Institute of Allergy and Environmental Therapy (BIAET), the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA), and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). She also sits on the Health Stores UK committee, an organisation that works to actively support and champion independent natural product retailers.

Cathy has been working as a therapist in Framar Health for over 18 years. Her treatments include; Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and Sports Massage, treating many of Northern Ireland’s sports persons. She teaches baby massage and reflexology on a one to one basis. She enjoys working with children, helping them to de-stress before exams, from transfer tests to A-Levels. Cathy is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, offering in-depth consultations, looking at all aspects of health and providing the client with an achievable food plan and supplement choice to support their conditions. Cathy can work with a wide range of health conditions and has special interests in fertility and women’s health; including menopause and menstrual problems, cancer support, digestive issues and anxiety and stress. She runs seminars and workshops regularly in schools, offices and workplaces including Queen’s University and is currently studying Naturopathy and Iridology.

Sinead has worked here at Framar Health for 30 years, starting as a Saturday girl in the shop in 1993! Sinead graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 2003 began working in the clinic as a practitioner carrying out Food Sensitivity Testing. She has worked all over Northern Ireland working for the NI Civil Service Sports Association carrying out testing for staff in various government departments and has given many talks and presentations on various health topics in many of the large corporations in Belfast like PWC and Capita. In more recent years she has embarked on further training and now uses the Qest4 / Asyra software to carry out Food Sensitivity Testing and is now a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Sinead's next goal is to study Naturopathic Nutrition and will begin her studies later this year.
Her passion is looking at the patient in a holistic manner to see how diet and lifestyle may be affecting health and has dealt with all manner of health concerns from skin problems to digestive health.

Since leaving The College of Business Studies Kellie has worked within the natural health care industry for over 20 years. She has attained a diploma in Phytotherapy, HRC for the health industry and an Allergy Testing certificate. She now specialises in Food Sensitivity Testing at Framar Health. Kellie believes that many people suffer symptoms for years, not realising that one or more of the foods that they are eating could be to blame. And it can often be a "favourite" food that is the main offender.

Aaron McCullough BSc (Hons)
Osteopathy
Aaron McCullough qualified from the European School of Osteopathy obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Osteopathic Medicine as well as diplomas in Osteopathy. Aaron is a full member of the General Osteopathic Council, Institute of Osteopathy and the Osteopathic council of Ireland and specialises in Structural, Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy. He has experience in maternity, childrens, sports injury and rehabilitation clinics, and has treated many international athletes. Aaron uses an Osteopathic system of diagnosis and treatment whereby the whole of the body is taken into consideration and the causative factors of a patients problem are discovered through manual testing. The aim of this system is to treat the areas causing the problem rather than just the symptoms for longer term relief. He has participated in sport to a high level throughout his life and has interests in rugby, tennis, rowing, and sailing.

Sarah is a nutritional therapist who has worked within the complementary health industry for over 15 years including teaching nutritional therapy students and acting as a nutritional consultant to some charities. While treating all manner of health concerns through dietary changes and appropriate supplement recommendations, Sarah has developed a specific focus on supporting reproductive health in couples trying to conceive, treating female hormonal imbalances, skin disorders and supporting gut health. In addition to nutritional therapy consultations Sarah also offers Asyra Health Screening at Framar Health, helping clients to identify potential food sensitivities and hormonal imbalances. Sarah is passionate about good food and enjoys helping her clients make sensible dietary changes in a manageable way.
