If the goods are unopened and unused we will accept the return and refund your money in full, excluding the shipping cost incurred by framarhealth.com and your costs to return the goods. Please email email@example.com to inform us of the problem and provide your order details.
We will refund you using the method you used to pay us in the first instance, i.e…. If you purchased products from us using your credit card we will refund the money back into your credit card. All cheque refunds will be made in UK £ sterling only.
If you have opened your goods then refunds will only be considered if the product is of an unacceptable quality. In the unlikely this should happen please contact us immediately and stop using the product.
All of the above does not effect your statutory rights under the sale of goods act 1988 in the UK.
The return of products are accepted at the sole discretion of Framar Health.
Returns due to damaged products or incorrect order content are guaranteed and as such you will be provided a returns number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
Returns which are not due to damaged or incorrect order content will be decided on an order by order basis, and Framar Health reserves the right to retain the costs of delivery, whether charged or not, as part of a free delivery offer.
You may cancel your order by informing us in writing up to seven days after the day of ordering. Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense in an unused, unopened, resalable condition without any damage to the product or its packaging. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left the warehouse for cancellation to take effect.
We will refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge which is contained within every price) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating, the customer’s name and order number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation.
