Sinead has worked here at Framar Health for 30 years, starting as a Saturday girl in the shop in 1993! Sinead graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 2003 began working as a clinic practitioner. As a registered Nutritional Therapist Sinead uses the Qest4/Asyra software to carry out Food Sensitivity Testing in Framar and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
She has worked all over Northern Ireland working for the NI Civil Service Sports Association carrying out testing for staff in various government departments and has given many talks and presentations on various health topics in many of the large corporations in Belfast like PWC and Capita.
Her passion is looking at the patient in a holistic manner to see how diet and lifestyle may be affecting health and has dealt with all manner of health concerns from skin problems to digestive health.
