Zell Oxygen Immunkomplex is formulated using the same principles as Zell Oxygen Plus; and also contains the same amount of naturally cultured live young saccharomyces cerevisale yeast cells. Directions:

Dilute 20-30ml (2-3 tablespoons full) per day in 200ml of a beverage or juice of your choice during or after a meal in one time or divided during the day.
